Capabilities The HBW has an upper pressure cylinder that applies vertical pressure directly along the web axis using an adjustable hydraulic cylinder with a maximum piston pressure of 12,908 psi (9 Tons).

Feeding Roller

This wheel is driven by a powerful reducer-motor and ensures smooth operation. The workpiece is fed to be driven by a sprocket system paired with a motor-controlled main roller. The speed of the roller is precisely controlled by an encoder regulated by a PLC, allowing precise speed adjustments to meet specific process requirements.

Guide Rollers

For optimum alignment, the HBW is equipped with guide rollers responsible for centering both the web and the bottom flange. The axial movement of these rollers is motor driven and has encoder feedback along with hydraulic piston mechanism to ensure high precision in workpiece alignment.
