AKYAPAK BPS: Reshape Excellence, Redefine Precision.

Capabilities

Capabilities Featuring two upper rollers with total 441 US tons (400 Tons) of downward-pressing rollers and a lower wheel supported by a horizontal reducer, BPS has the power and precision needed to correct weld deformations and distortions that occur on the flanges of welded H-Beams.

AKYAPAK BPS is an advanced H-Beam Flange straightening machine designed to correct welding deformations. It can work integrated into the H-Beam welding line or independently and is equipped with adjustable trimming rollers to suit a variety of beam sizes.

BPS offers durable design, efficient performance with high-quality alloy steel rollers and fully automatic integration into welding lines. It also provides excellent flattening results on a variety of materials thanks to two 40-foot (12-meter) conveyors and two powerful top rollers that can apply a total force of 441 US tons (400 Tons). These features make it a robust, reliable, and versatile solution for correcting weld deformations.

The 3 ADM is an advanced three-spindle, 10-axis CNC beam drill line, innovatively designed to process materials up to 20 inches (500mm) in length without the need for repositioning. This allows for the independent control of each spindle, significantly enhancing flexibility and efficiency in operation. Unlike conventional drill lines, the 3 ADM excels in performing multiple operations concurrently—including drilling, marking, tapping, and milling—on various sections of a beam. This is facilitated by the independent movement of each spindle along three axes, making it possible to execute different tasks simultaneously on separate parts of the workpiece.

BPS

Designed to eliminate welding waste, H-Beam Straightening Machines can be integrated into H-Beam welding lines or installed as a separate line. Specially designed to straighten distorted flange plates, Akyapak BPS H-Beam Straightening Machine guarantees the best straightening results and safe operation. Straightening bodies can be moved horizontally to work with beams of various widths.

Highlights

Straightening Rollers

Straightening rollers can be adjusted horizontally to accommodate beams of different widths and thicknesses, offering greater versatility on deformed beams. It has wheels made of quality alloy steel with high durability and wear resistance. This choice of material allows the rollers to overcome the force of straightening deformed flange plates, reducing the need for frequent replacement, and keeping high performance. Precision-engineered for efficiency, these wheels evenly apply the force necessary to correct deformations, ensuring smooth contact and a high-quality planar surface.

Conveyors

The BPS H-Beam straightening machine includes two 40ft (12 meter) conveyor lines as infeed and outfeed, which improve the automatic welding and straightening process of H-Beams by continuous integrating with the HBW H-Beam welding line or as a standalone. These conveyors help to drive long beams effectively, increasing work output and efficiency by helping uninterrupted operation and minimizing the need for manual work.

Strong Top Rollers

The two upper rollers of the BPS machine, applying a total force of 400 tons, are crucial for correcting significant deformations in H-profiles. Its mechanical design provides precise force control, allowing adaptability to different material properties without creating new tensions or deformations.

Side Supports

During the straightening process, adjustable horizontal guide wheels guide the workpiece. Typically, two pairs of these double-sided supports are located at both the entrance and exit of the machine. One stop in each pair is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, while the other can be adjusted manually using a handwheel.
