5- Axis Bevel Head
The bevel head eradicates the need for manual handling and internal routing within your factory. By integrating the beveling process into the cutting machine, it streamlines operations and boosts productivity. This technology enables your processed parts to emerge with precise beveled edges, prepared for immediate assembly and welding. It eliminates the need for additional manual interventions, not only accelerating the manufacturing process but also reducing the potential for human errors.
Oxy Cutting
The oxy cutting feature on the APL can handle materials up to 5.9" (150 mm) thick. It is feasible to shorten the pre-heating time, allowing for an immediate start to the cutting process for a more expedited operation.An easy transition between plasma and oxy-fuel cutting facilitates processing of a wide range of material thicknesses.Different gases can be utilized depending on the specific high-speed nozzle in use.

Cutting Table
Cutting tables are equipped with an air suction function. They have automatic doors and adjustable grids, which allows a connected filter to draw out gas and smoke. These doors are managed by CNC and the door where the plasma and oxy torch is working automatically opens.
Torch Height Control
The magnetic collision system protects the torch from damage by averting collisions in all axes.In order to properly correct for plate height deviations, Torch does touch and measure the plate for each all new cut process. Utilizing Arc Voltage Feedback Control and CNC, it precisely adjusts the torch's height positioning to optimize plasma cutting quality.
Fume and Dust Connection Unit
The fume and dust connection unit effectively collects dust, fume, and slag generated during the oxy-plasma cutting process. The gases are efficiently filtered and released into the air, ensuring zero pollutants are discharged. All APL machine filters strictly comply with CE regulations and adhere to international standards.
