Revolutionize Manufacturing Discover Unrivaled Precision and Efficiency with ADOP

Precise, Efficient, Revolutionary

The ADOP Drilling and Oxy-fuel/Plasma Cutting Machine has been meticulously engineered to endure harsh shop environments and extensive work hours. This makes it reliable for metal fabricators in the industry to produce consistently accurate metal parts daily. The ADOP was also designed to be user-friendly and intuitive. The easy-to-use interface is particularly advantageous for large and small-to-medium sized manufacturers.Whether you are operating a mid-sized shop or an industrial-scale fabricating operation, you require ADOP to provide the cleanest and fastest cuts possible. The ADOP offers superior cut quality with minimal dross, reducing the need for secondary finishing operations and enhancing your performance.

Revolutionary Performance for Heavy-Duty Operations

Highlights

Plasma Cutting

The ADOP revolutionizes plasma cutting technology by offering improved speed, consistency, and cutting capacity. The integrated Hypertherm unit enhances the productivity of plasma cutters, producing high-quality, weld-ready cuts with minimal dross. The ADOP significantly reduces operating costs by efficiently cutting a wide range of material thickness using its advanced technology.

5-Axis Bevel Head

The ADOP eliminates manual handling in factories by integrating the beveling process into the machine. This streamlines operations, boosts productivity, and produces parts with precise beveled edges ready for assembly and welding. This advanced technology reduces manufacturing time and human errors.

Oxy-Fuel Cutting Unit

The oxy-fuel cutting feature on the ADOP can handle materials up to 5.9" (150 mm) thick. Different gases can be utilized depending on the specific high-speed nozzle in use. This oxy cutting system ensures completely automatic material cutting. It is also feasible to shorten the pre-heating time, allowing for an immediate start to the cutting process for a more expedited operation. An easy transition between plasma and oxy-fuel cutting facilitates processing of a wide range of material thicknesses.

Carbide Drilling

The advanced drilling unit integrated into the ADOP offers an exceptional solution for rapid carbide drilling. This unit enhances the benefits of carbide drills by ensuring optimal process safety, cost-effectiveness in production, and flawless hole quality. The versatility of carbide drill bits is displayed by the broadest range of diameters available, catering to end-users who desire an extended tool lifespan across a variety of materials. Carbide drills stand out by delivering an unparalleled combination of high precision, making the ADOP a preferred choice for demanding applications.

Automatic Tool Changer

The ADOP comes with a 10-tool capacity tool changing unit. This allows for easy tool changes without the need for manual intervention. It also minimizes machine downtime by reducing the operator's workload.

Marking Unit

The ADOP is equipped with a marking torch with the capability to generate a high-quality, precise mark. Its marking depth is adjustable, thereby providing great versatility. By automating the marking process, ADOP eliminates labor-intensive tasks and prevents any errors.

Drilling and Cutting Tables

A lower hydraulic plate supports the material during the drilling process. A chip conveyor is located at the bottom of the drilling table for chip removal. The wheel collection bins can be taken off easily and cleaned routinely by an operator

Swarf Brush

A brush made of steel swarf, positioned on the frame of the bridge, cleans away waste particles from the metal plate after it has been drilled and before it is cut. The waste particles then fall onto a conveyor belt designed for waste removal. The brush’s operation is facilitated by a hydraulic motor and its working height can be altered using an electric motor-driven rack and pinion system.

Torch Height Control

The magnetic collision system protects the torch from damage by averting collisions in all axes. Utilizing Arc Voltage Feedback Control and CNC, it precisely adjusts the torch's height positioning to optimize plasma cutting quality.

Feeding System

The hydraulic clamps, customized to match machine size, securely hold materials from one side to ensure accurate longitudinal positioning. Achieving unprecedented precision, the feeding system features a servomotor and reducer-powered rack and pinion mechanism. The materials, held securely in place by hydraulic clamps, effortlessly move along the machine line on top-grade rollers.

Fume and Dust Connection Unit

The fume and dust connection unit effectively collects dust, fume, and slag generated during the oxy-plasma cutting process. The gases are efficiently filtered and released into the air, ensuring zero pollutants are discharged.

Software

The ADOP uses Lantek Expert software to facilitate the automation. This intelligent software is based on an advanced control architecture that features real-time multitasking capability, object-oriented design, and open architecture that allow for customization to suit various machine tool applications. The ADOP provides precise and smart control over all aspects of the CNC machining process, such as tool path generation, movement control, data handling, error detection and correction.
