Punching Unit
The punching unit boasts an 80-ton hydraulic power, designed for high-speed and precision punching. It incorporates a durable triple set punch press, optimized with software for dynamic speed control using robust hydraulic pistons. With three separate stations, it can punch square, rectangular, and slot-shaped holes, allowing easy tool and bit adjustments for enhanced productivity.
Marking Unit
The marking unit is powered by hydraulics and allows for up to 8 characters (including letters and numbers) on a cartridge, with 8 cartridges fitting into the system. All characters are pressed simultaneously, marking a cartridge in about 4 seconds. Ensures accurate positioning, with the results remaining clear even after painting or blasting processes.
Material Clamping
The APP is equipped with two hydraulic pinching clamps for plate positioning that move in both x and y directions for precise and fast positioning.

Positioning Tables
The positioning tables are equipped with roller balls that make it easier to move plates around. The tables also hold materials in place during processing, ensuring that the plates are securely clamped.
Software
APP Controller is built to enable smooth and easy machine operation. It boasts a user-friendly interface and smart design, granting strong programming potential. Users can conveniently preview the parts in the multifaceted modules permit importing, adjusting, creation and export of part programs. DSTV files can also be brought into the APP Controller for modification or for generating CNC files.
