As AKYAPAK, operating in the field of “Metal Forming, Structural Steel and Plate Processing, Machine Tools, Welding Automation Solutions machinery Research, Design, Development-based manufacturing, marketing, sales and after-sales services management,” we adopt as a principle to continuously improve energy performance in all our activities and to make them environmentally and economically sustainable, with the awareness of bearing the responsibility of the Energy Management System.

In order to achieve this goal, as AKYAPAK employees;

• We commit to monitoring, recording and evaluating all our consumption data in accordance with the performance indicators and targets determined according to our policy, and to continuously improving and reviewing our performance,
• We commit to providing the necessary information and resources to achieve our determined objectives and targets,
• We commit to fulfilling the requirements of the applicable legal requirements and other requirements that we are obliged to comply with regarding energy use, consumption and efficiency,
• We commit to supporting design activities by ensuring the procurement of energy-efficient products and services for the continuous improvement of energy performance,
• We commit to promoting the efficient use of energy and natural resources and energy efficiency in all our production and processes,

This information security policy, in addition to summarizing AKYAPAK's approach to Information Security management, sets out the guiding principles and responsibilities necessary to protect the security of information systems.

In our company, which carries out all processes from the design to the shipment of machine manufacturing products we commit to all our stakeholders:

• To track current cyber threats related to our activities with a “99.99% Work Guarantee” approach, and to comply with contractual conditions and legal requirements,
• To ensure that activities are carried out efficiently, correctly, quickly, and safely, and to conduct our activities in accordance with the standards required by the sector,
• To carry out our activities with awareness of the risks to the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of corporate and personal information assets belonging to our company, customers, employees, suppliers, and business partners,
• To ensure that information security management and awareness become part of our institutional culture,
• To prepare, implement, and test the necessary plans to ensure business continuity and service continuity,
• To evaluate and manage risks to our information assets and processes in accordance with accepted risk management methodologies,
• To provide sufficient resources (financial, human resources, equipment, software, consulting, training, etc.) to establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and continuously improve the ISMS,
• To stay in communication with special interest groups to benefit from the evolving technologies and knowledge in our sector

The purpose of Information Security and this policy is to protect, maintain, and manage the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of AKYAPAK's information and all supporting business systems, processes, and applications. This means ensuring that AKYAPAK's information remains in authorized hands; ensuring that the information is complete, accurate, and available; and ensuring that the information and systems are ready for use when needed. Therefore, all AKYAPAK and external staff, interns, and subcontractor personnel, regardless of their duties, are responsible for performing their jobs in a manner that ensures the protection of information within AKYAPAK.

In addition to ensuring that AKYAPAK's information is complete, accurate, and readily available, all AKYAPAK personnel must comply with the rules for protecting confidential information and the principles of business ethics specified in the AKYAPAK Personnel Regulations.
