250 mm Sub-Axis

The METEOR is equipped with a sub-axis feature that enables control of the spindle within 250 mm in the length of materials without repositioning the machine body. This eliminates the need to unclamp and re-clamp the hydraulic top-clamp and move the body within 250 mm, leading to a reduction in processing time and a boost in efficiency by approximately 50%.

Automatic Tool Changer

The METEOR comes with a 6-station automatic tool changer. This allows for rapid, automatic tool changes, eliminating the need for human intervention and reducing the machine’s idle time.

Material Clamping

The METEOR can accurately align the profile it's working on by securing the workpiece both vertically and horizontally along the edges, onto its anti-slip surface. This method greatly reduces potential vibrations, safeguards the tool tips from damage, and maximizes operational efficiency.
