Their strategic placement ensures uniform and effective cleaning, reaching every part of the material. The Blast Wheel is equipped with four turbines, each driven by a direct drive motor. The turbines provide unit abrasive flow and total abrasive capacity. The wheels are made of high-chrome steel and feature high hardness levels. The housing is constructed from manganese steel and, together with internal liners, forms a wear-resistant double-wall structure. The internal liners are made of high-chrome steel, supported by hardened cast steel plates for additional durability. A labyrinth seal between the motor coupling and the housing prevents abrasive leakage, and the turbines can be mounted in any position for flexible installation.
