Oxy Cutting
The oxy cutting feature on the APL-T can handle materials up to 5.9" (150mm) thick. Different gases can be utilized depending on the specific high-speed nozzle in use. This oxy cutting system ensures completely automatic material cutting. It is also feasible to shorten the pre-heating time, allowing for an immediate start to the cutting process for a more expedited operation. If needed, the operator can adjust the pre-heating period on the APL-T based on the desired value.
Cutting Table
The cutting table is designed to filter gases, equipped with automatic doors and adjustable grids. The automatic door opens when the torch is in operation, allowing the connected filter to draw out gas and smoke. The design ensures the workpiece remains stationary throughout the process.
Torch Height Control
The magnetic collision system protects the torch from damage by averting collisions in all axes. Utilizing Arc Voltage Feedback Control and CNC, it precisely adjusts the torch's height positioning to optimize plasma cutting quality.
Fume and Dust Connection Unit
The fume and dust connection unit effectively collects dust, fume, and slag generated during the oxy-plasma cutting process. The gases are efficiently filtered and released into the air, ensuring zero pollutants are discharged. All APL-T machine filters strictly comply with CE regulations and adhere to international standards.
