Speed, Precision and Continuity Meet with Akyapak at Çetinsan

Company Overview

ÇETİNSAN, which commenced steel construction manufacturing and installation activities in the Mersin Industrial Area, has expanded its operations and attained a significant position in the construction of fuel storage facilities for petroleum companies across Turkey. Providing services in construction, engineering, manufacturing, and installation, Çetinsan A.Ş. continues to develop its investments and stands among the region’s fast-growing companies that make substantial contributions to employment.

Before the Collaboration

In the past, loading jobs into CNC machines was a highly labor-intensive process, requiring significant operator intervention. Since work orders could not be managed directly through the machines, workflows progressed slowly. This limitation negatively impacted production speed and overall time management.

Customer Testimonial We transformed our production line with Akyapak.

We transformed a large part of our production infrastructure with Akyapak. Today, 90% of our machines are from Akyapak. Thanks to the developed software, our engineers can send work orders to the machines directly from the office, accelerating our production by up to 70% and enabling us to maintain uninterrupted production even under an intensive working tempo.

Akyapak’s Solution

Advantages of Akyapak Machines:

Akyapak machines brought together speed, efficiency, and ease of use in Çetinsan’s production processes. Thanks to the developed software, engineers became able to send work orders directly to the machines from the office, preventing operator-related errors. With drilling machines and rotators, production accelerated by approximately 70%, resulting in time savings through reduced labor dependency. Even under an intensive, demanding working tempo, the reliable performance of the machines helped maintain uninterrupted production.

Ease of Use

Thanks to the software developed by Akyapak, engineers became able to send work orders directly to the machines from the office. Job-loading processes were simplified, and part changeovers began to be managed more practically.

Reliability

Despite operating at an intensive, demanding pace with 24-hour shifts for approximately 300 days a year, no issues disrupted production. The machines’ durable design and the service team’s prompt response ensured uninterrupted production.

Precision

By preventing operator-related damage in production processes, a more controlled and error-free operation was achieved. As a result, drilling and other operations were carried out more consistently and securely.

Speed & Efficiency

Thanks to Akyapak machines, production was accelerated by approximately 70%. By operating with reduced labor dependency, significant time savings were achieved, and the production flow became considerably more efficient.
